Air-Setting Mortars

Mosconi produces and supplies a wide range of superior wet mortars for lying insulating firebricks up to 1750°C service temperature.

Mosconi's mortars have been developed for facilitating the installation of the bricks, reducing the losses of material up to 20% in comparison with conventional mortars.
Utilization of pure and controlled raw materials, together with a latest technology production plant, allows to reach excellent mechanical strength and a perfect gluing of the bricks at any temperature.
The mortar is supplied in strong metal pails which preserve their quality. A solid shrink package ensures the stability during transport.
